Hi Mark,
Re: Audio book collections
Do you have plans to release an audio book collection covering the topics included in the Windows 7 class AND/OR an update for the 2008 audio book collection which will cover the R2 release?

I also look forward to the R2 release of the audio series. Mark, I really enjoyed your Server 2008 R2 & AD Recycle Bin session at TechEd in New Orleans and I'm jonesing for more. Get to work man! |

Thanks, all. I'm basically going to take the bits from the three-day class and make addendums (addenda?) to the Vista and Server 2008 audio courses. That'll make it cheaper for the people who already own the older courses.
My audio engineer may, however, be unavailable for a bit due to a health issue, so the whole thing may be delayed a bit. I'll know more in a week or so. Thanks for the interest! |

I'll put in an order as well, found the audio series for Server 2008 was a good way to get my feet wet..

| Thanks, Jim, but we don't have a SKU for them yet; selling stuff we haven't created yet troubles me, if you know what I mean.<g> |

Woo hoo! I'm on Disc 4 of the 2008 Server set. It's well organized, a nice "overview" style, and as Mark calls it, a "delta" set of information. Doesn't stop to explain what DHCP is or does, just explains how to set it up (by command line in Server Core).
And now I'm remembering why I liked Mark's NT 4.0 book so well ... my favorite line so far was something like, "Now that Russinovich has been assimilated into the collective ..."
